Participatory Design for Communities + Interactivity (research collaboration)

Goal: Exploring playful and co-creative participatory design to enhance audience engagement in spatial design, with a focus on «physical ecosystems.»

Erasmus For Young Entrepreneurs (2023):
6-month exchange collaboration programme with hosts Studio C.A.R.E. (radical social designers) and Rnul Interactive (interactive designers) in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

Themes: social design, heritage, circularity, modularity, gamification, and interactivity.

The study addressed 3 primary layers of engagement:

Using Design Thinking methodology, this phase focused on identifying the target audience and analyzing their needs to ensure a user-centered design and execution process.

This phase involved facilitating workshops, gathering insights, and documenting creative processes. Outcomes included producing newsletters, documentary videos, and redesigning digital content to enhance engagement.

This phase focused on refining the studio’s co-creation methodologies, and assessing their effectiveness in fostering collaboration, engagement, and sustainable creative practices within the studio and its network.
